thedailywhat: Photo of the Day: The Hubble Space Telescope’s recently-installed Wide Field Camera 3 captures the deepest view of the Universe to date. “We can now look even further back in time, identifying galaxies when the Universe was only 5% of its current age - within one billion years of the Big Bang,” says Dr. Daniel Stark of the Institute of Astronomy in Cambridge. “These are some of the most distant, and perhaps the most galaxies distant yet seen.” [via.] That’s amazing. :D
